Cheers, Steve I would be interested to hear from Steve (and indeed from ALL practising herbalists) what your " TOP-TEN " formulas are, numbered 1 to 10 in order of descending use, i.e. 1=most used and 10=least used [in that set of 10 formulas]. These are the basic formulas one should start out with and either carry with them for home visits or have available in their office. These formulas are ones which make it easy for the beginner not to have to modify. This was called THE BASIC 60. This is not to distract from your request for the TOP TEN. As soon as I can upload from another computer I will post if there is interest.
