I kinda like things the way they are, because I can always just delete what I don't care to see. I did think that the "gas price thing" was somewhat off topic but after thinking about it, I see where it is an important issue and has health issue concerns too.

I personally like the fact that this group is NOT so limiting, as

Health, and Healing, cover just about the entire spectrum. Without

Health and Healing, our Mother (earth) and all who reside on her are

doomed.

I do not have much to add many times, but I love the

way the list is. There is much information given by

the folks on the list, some better than other, but

then again, every situation is different and requires

different sources. Even though some subjects seem off

topic, it all comes full circle in the end, leading to

some form of lifestyle, which relates to health.

There are so many intelligent folks here, and I love

reading all that I can. What I am not interested in,

I can just hit " Delete " .

 

Keep up the good work, and keep it as is!

this group, I have to admit that I really love the diversity. If you

think about it, technically, gas prices don't really have much to do with

health and healing. But, I suppose a case could be made to say that gas

prices effect how much people can get to the doc or health food place or

whatever. I think, in a round about way, a case can be made for a lot of

the things discussed on this group. So, I'm all for leaving things as

they are at this point.

What exactly does the "block button" do? I don't have one because I am using Outlook Express.

Does the button block the subject material or the sender? I figured it is not a one time block because then it is only as powerful as the delete button. What about if the sender sends some otherwise "on" topic material, wouldn't you miss that information?

Most human endeavors seem to be 2 steps forward, 1 step back. Once in a great while someone hand you the ball and says"run". That is to me how this group seems. By far the best I have encountered. How many times do you encounter something that changes your life? Did I mention my dying 13 year sheltie is thriving since I have been putting homemade colloidal silver in his water? Unfortunately yes, The good material from that one person would be blocked. Sometimes someone can be so toxic that having something good come from their mail just isn't worth it! I have learned that in other areas of my life as well.

I use incredimail and there is an option to block the sender. That might be available in outlook and others. In and google you can put them in your block spam folder I believe. There's the approve sender feature in others and there's also rules options that if you receive a mail from such and such, then it will automatically go to the trash or junk folder. It just takes clicking around to accomplish this.

 

Keeping away from toxic material is good for your health...

I Love this group, just the way it is. I get the digests and there are times when I don't read everything. I simply scroll down the list and see what interests me.
