I think you might find Miracle Mineral Supplement, (mms) helpful, other people with auto-immune diseases have found it to be very good. I have fibromyalgia and though it is not an auto-immune disease it is very hard to treat and since I started using MMS my pain is much reduced and sleep patterns improved.
