Guest guest
This goes out to Lynn, but to all that are interested. Any way on high cholesterol, my husband had high cholesterol an was on one of those cholesterol lowering drugs. He was also having side effects, and started feeling bad. This is what we did that worked so well; he takes a really good psyllium fiber everyday, fiber is really good to take the cholesterol and other impurities out of ones system; then we got him on pytosterol esters and fish oil. We also made a few changes in the food that he eats, mostly cutting out the fast foods for lunch. Works great for him, feeling really good now days. So glad to get him off of the drugs. Hope this info helps your hubby too.
