You cannot drink alocohol because you will not absorb Thiamine. Look up Thiamine deficiency and see what stems from this... I suggest the 1000+% and take as directed - you can get this at your local grocery, vitamin store. You would be surprised at the outcome by just adding a little bit of nutrition and I'm not selling it! I wish you all the best and I hope that is brings you health and happiness!
