Try taking a B-Complex vitamin. They come in either 100%, 1000+% or

6000+%. You cannot drink alocohol because you will not absorb

Thiamine. Look up Thiamine deficiency and see what stems from this...

 

I suggest the 1000+% and take as directed - you can get this at your

local grocery, vitamin store.

 

You would be surprised at the outcome by just adding a little bit of

nutrition and I'm not selling it!
