If so, you could easily make up your own. Thing is, with the juice you have to check the side as to whether is just cranberries and water and perhaps a sweetener, or cranberry juice cocktail, which has a number of things in it. Perhpas the capsules would work better for you, though. I've used cranberry juice on several occasions to clear up a bladder infection - but, perhaps yours is more resistant. Of course, it might be as simple as it just doesn't work for you.. I guess all methods don't work for everybody. But, let me just say, a couple times I've had a bad enough infection where I was peeing blood. Literally. The last time it happened, we were on our way across country. I had a very high fever as well. But didn't want to stop to find a doctor or a hospital, so I tried the cranberry juice things once again - and it worked for me. Took several days, but my fever went down, my urine cleared up, and I began to feel human again. However, I wouldn't suggest what I did to anyone one else. In retrospect it was probably more than a little stupid. I must have been very persuasive, though, as my DH said I was emphatic about not going to the hospital. I know you would like to cure what you have by natural methods. I've known a couple of women who had antibiotic resistant bladder infections. My first husband was wounded in Vietnam, and as a result was prone to severe bladder infections. He often had to use a catheter to empty it. Now, I don't know if they have come up with something new, but years ago, when he had this condition, there were only 3 antibiotics that would work. Once one had been used, it couldn't be used again as it wouldn't work. We were told that the fourth infection could be fatal, as there wasn't anything that could cure it, antibiotic-wise. I'm not exactly why it would be fatal - I think there were some things I hadn't been told. But, back then, we pretty much believed what the doctors told us.... Lynn Well, I bought cranberry juice the way they have here, one liter in a brick form carton. But it is not pure, you can drink it out of the carton, so it is mostly water. Either it does not work, or it is not strong enough.....when it does not help. Well,, pure in the sense that it's just cranberries and water....Although it is a bit tart. But, I like tart things....Can also add a bit of sweetener if it's too tart. Stevia is wonderful, if you haven't used it yet. Be careful, though, a little goes a very long way. You can also easily make it from fresh cranberries. Don't know if frozen would work, but I would think so. btw, how do you know it's not strong enough? Just curious...
