Medicate the Natural

Way

Hi Lynn,

This past month, more news emerged about the

amazing effectiveness of Big Pharma in marketing

drugs that haven't been shown to improve health.

This time, it was news about two of the most

commonly prescribed cholesterol drugs.

Turns out the newer, more expensive drug is

no more effective than the older, less expensive

drugs, statins, which are used to reduce

cholesterol.

But somehow this gets lost in all the small

print on the medicine bottle, and in the drug

company commercials and ads pushing their

latest variation on the next best thing.

The other thing that gets lost is whether people

should actually be taking these drugs at all.

For example, healthy people are prescribed

statins to lower their cholesterol....when

natural and healthy methods are sufficient for

most.

The irony is that most people with high

cholesterol will not get sick, will not succumb

to heart disease.

I discuss some of the issues with statins in the

special report, " High Cholesterol: How To Fight It

Naturally " . If you are currently taking cholesterol

lowering medications, OR you have been told you

need to work on lowering your " bad " cholesterol,

you should definitely get this report.

You can read more about improving your cholesterol

profile - without taking drugs that can cause

significant side effects - AND using a natural

approach that may actually help you live a longer

and healthier life - at the Best Breathing website -

It's true that modern medicine has achieved many

enormous and marvelous gains in our understanding

of our bodies and how to treat and prevent many

diseases and conditions.

I for one am grateful that such things as

antibiotics, asthma medications, and anti-seizure

medications were discovered, developed and

distributed to the world.

Why do I mention these drugs in particular? Because

each of them has been a life saver for myself

or for someone I know.

However, we should never overlook the fact that

there are a wealth of natural methods for treating

many of the chronic illnesses that are so prevalent

in our modern society.

We have to consider natural alternatives that

support the body's own inner ability to heal

and rejuvenate.

Before refexively reaching for the meds, take

a moment and reach instead for some self-knowledge.

By the way, the most natural and automatic healing

agent on the planet - your breathing - offers an

excellent way to do this.

You Can Do It!
