Guest guest
Stress, or rather distress, causes a cascade of hormones. Whether it is exercise or pschologicaly produced or even simply from the strain of a morning bowel movement, it is an increase in BP that is the factor. Blood pressure is going to increase flow by vasoconstriction. The plaques that are already formed turn into a blockage, lack of oxygen to the tissues of the heart....and that is a " heart attack " . I don't see how the resolution of a problem can cause this. Did I read it wrong? , NWRaven <NWRaven wrote: > > You Will Never Guess the Surprising Cause of Most Heart Attacks - This top > heart attack risk factor has nothing to do with diet or exercise. > http://articles.mercola.com/sites/36724.aspx >
