Darla,

I read your post with a lot of interest. I've suffered (and suffer) with

chronic pain for a long time, and as you may have read in another post,

am now having additional problems with very severe, painful muscle spasms

- most likely caused by my MS. You mentioned transdermal magnesium oil

- is this where you put the oil in a tub and soak? How much oil? You

also mentioned you could now bring the pain down about half just with the

oil - do you apply it, ingest it what?

Thanks,

Lynn

Re: symptoms update

Before I read anything below regarding a recent flu shot

(working backwards), but as I read only your current symptoms, my first

thought was heavy metal poisoning. I've experienced exactly what

you describe, to varying degrees, on multiple occasions.

I didn't know you'd had a recent exposure, but I'm voting for the flu

shot as your catalyst. Do you have metal amalgams (silver fillings)

in your mouth as well? I apologize if this has been

discussed.

Look for current toxic exposures (new carpet, paint, etc) or areas of

mold in home or workplace. Even though heavy metal is the source of

my illness (note - do not walk around with open, leaky amalgams simply

because they don't hurt and noone can see them in the back of your mouth)

my symptoms are greatly increased by exposure to other toxins (exhaust or

perfume sprays, chemical-laden foods, paint, prescription meds,

etc...). Do everything you can to remove or minimize those

exposures.

Have you tried taking activiated charcoal or food grade bentonite

clay? A clay bath would be a good thing to try, as well as an epsom

salt bath. I see you're already taking magnesium, but I have found

the transdermal magnesium oil to be amazing (AMAZING) at alleviating pain

of all types. I was bedridden with pain for 14 months and barely

mobile for another year plus. Now I can bring any pain down by at

least half with just the oil and nothing else - 15 minutes from time of

application. Really good stuff if you are being disabled by

pain. Flooding yourself with C is another approach, although it can

be a little rough on the digestive tract.

Take what energy and effort you can spare, and educate

yourself. You might want to start with the truth about

vaccines. I'll try and find a link to the video that opened my eyes

and send to list. Consider Andrew Hall Cutler's approach to

testing, as detailed in his book Hair Test Interpretation.

Good luck,

Darla

Hi Lynn -

Yes, you can put it in the tub, but it will cost more than just rubbing on your skin. There is a book by Dr. Mark Sircus that you might want to get from the library - Transdermal Magnesium Therapy.

I do a lot of self-massage anyways, so I use the magnesium in the sore spots. I use the magnesium flakes in my foot baths, as well.
