I myself have been told its possible that I have MS, so I'd

like to see material here, as much as anyone has, endless thanks to whomever

can do this for me and anyone else in the group who has just started their

I've been hesitant to do this, but here goes....I know a

couple of people in the group have MS (multiple sclerosis), but don't recall

who. Aside from some of the standard symptoms (which are often so down-played

by the media), there is one that has been particularly troubling - the

terrible muscle spasms that nothing seems to help much or for very long. Has

anyone heard of any particular vitamin or mineral or whatever that can

alleviate them?

Thank you for your response. Thing is, these muscle spasms are

pretty much whole body, although they have been worse in my trunk (pretty

much from my boobs to my hips, both front and back) and my feet -

are very deep and very painful - sometimes I actually have a hard time

breathing as it feels almost as though someone has me in a vise grip.

They get so bad, I sometimes have difficulty standing upright and

walking. :(

I live in Louisville, KY, and am not sure I'll be able to find much

homeopathic medicine here. There is only one fairly decent store where

one can find health foods, good vitamins, minerals, etc., and even that

one is not so great. At one time there were a couple, but people around

here didn't buy enough, so they had to close. Do you know of a good site

online?

Radhasoami.

You can apply this *DD-Muscle-Relaxant* to your calf, ankle, and thighs.

Rest of the muscles in the body will also be relaxed.

On-the-other-hand, you can put the same dose in bath tub filled with Luke-Warm

water, and sit in the tub for 15 minutes.

Until you can find a source for Homeo-Pathy, you can use 2 Tea-Spoons of

White-Vinegar instead-of 1 Tea-Spoon. The effect will be less to-the-extent-of 3%

but still it will be significant.

You can try the following web-site to order Homeo-Pathy on-line.

ahttp://www.homeopathystore.in/index.phpbout

Most people who have used this *DD-Muscle-Relaxant* have reported relief

of 80-90% by the time they apply the *DD-Muscle-Relaxant*, the fourth time.

Please feel free to get in touch with the under-signed in case you need

further information or assistance.
