Isn't passivity permission? There is enough info for people to know about it - well info for those who don't frown on "conspiratorial nonsense" - so choosing ignorance must be permission too

 

So yes Lynda - they DO have permission!

 

We could always walk around wearing gas masks. We always had gas masks in the cupboard when I was a child.
