Hi,

My name is Paula. I used to have swelling and pain in my joints and

thought I would have to quit my job. I was on medication for this,

but it didn't help and had bad side effects that made me tired all

the time. I started using a nutritional beverage and after a month

my pain and swelling were gone. It has been a year now and I still

have no pain or swelling. I also have not had a cold or sinus

infection in a year.

Do you get enough fruits and vegetables in your diet? Monavie is a

nutritional beverage composed of 19 nutrient dense fruits. The

primary fruit is the Acai berry from the Amazon rain forest. The

other fruits provide specific health benefits, phytonutrients and

antioxidants. The fruits are from the four corners of the world.

All of the fruits are grown in the wild, not commercially grown.

What is unique about the Acai berry? It is rich in antioxidants,

vitamins and minerals, essential fatty acids (omega 3/6/9), essential

amino acids, low on glycemic index, protein profile similar to an

egg, more than 30 times antioxidants of red wine.

Why are anti-oxidants important? Nutritional degradation of

commercially grown fruit is storage methods, soil conditions,

pesticides. Oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) measure a

food's effectiveness in fighting free radicals. ORAC scores are

blueberries = 92, cranberries = 94 per gram, acai berry is 1,027 per

gram. Freeze drying process. It is processed in 24 to 48 hours to

retain nutritional value.

Why are anti-oxidants important? Free radicals caused by

environmental factors and diet, latch on and mutate healthy cells and

damage DNA. Uncontrolled free radical activity causes chronic

inflammation and is linked to many modern world diseases. Anti-

oxidants are scavenge free radicals before they can damage healthy

cells and neutralize free radicals.

Do you know anyone who might like to know more about this?

Paula
