So is weight training if we are carefull and don't get hurt lifting wrong or making a careless accident. I'm still going through physical therapy after hurting myself, but I'm able to work out 5 days a week with the heavy bag, speed bag and weights and I feel great. While looking at my web pages I decided to make a few changes, so I changed them. I plan to eliminate about half of the books listed on the suggested reading page.
