Guest guest
Since many on this list are no doubt also pet owners, I thought it appropriate to post these links! No dog or cat owner must ever accept a non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug from his or her vet unless a) presented with a Client Information Sheet b) prior blood work has been done on the animal http://www.k911.biz/Petsafety/DeramaxxRimadylMetacam.htm and http://www.newstarget.com/012647.html Pet owners in the UK, please note that a "new" NSAID has been thrown on the market RIMIFIN (which is Rimadyl (Carprofen) in disguise. Also note that many vets use Rimadyl as a "pre-op" injectable before spaying an animal without the knowledge and above all consent of the pet owner.
