Guest guest
Great article! I've been eating a blue-green algae for many many years. It has way more nutrients in it than just the brown seaweeds, it has a full spectrum. Guest guest
There are always better substances, energies, ideas, people, products - we just have to appreciate each one without always comparing them to something we feel is better, stronger, etc, etc - don't you think? Otherwise there would be less variety in life - less opportunity, less exploration of the world around us and all the nature offers us ...... Every weed that grows has therapeutic value ......
