Guest guest
Have you been tested for Hep C? This can be the cause of high liver enzymes. You would not necessarily have any other symptoms. Ask your Dr. to test for it. They usually do as soon as they see elevated liver enzymes. Good luck. Zolette Never miss a thing. Make your homepage. Guest guest
Reduce the amount of sugars and carbohydrates in the normal daily diet too. The body converts excess sugar to fats and can bog down the liver. Also try taking digestive enzymes, especially lipase to help break down the excess fat in the liver. Guest guest
If you are over weight, lose weight. I had a very fatty liver and have lost 80+ lbs and with ultrasound the fatty liver is gone. I did not do any kind of surgery for weight loss, just the old fashioned way, and weighing and measuring my food each day and each meal. Good luck.
