Guest guest
Go to: www.diamondsclassaction.com DeBeers is being sued. If you bought anything diamond from 1994-2003, you are eligible to receive a rebate/refund of the purchase price. Loose diamonds don't count, but any finished diamond jewelry does--regardless of where you bought it (unless you bought it from DeBeers or one of their stores). You don't need proof of purchase to file the claim, but if they come back to you later, they may ask for it. The example they gave for a rebate was: if you bought a ring for $2,000 you would get (about) $650 back. Check it out. You might get some money back. You can print out the forms from the web site.
