Xylitol?

I've been using this for years now. It has a similar consistency to

white processed sugar so it works great in recipes that call for

sugar. It's derived from corn cobs and birch trees, so it's

natural, not chemically altered life everything else...bleh. It's

expensive, but worth it. I find it at the local health food store.

That's my take on it anyway...

In simple terms it is the same as real sugar " except " it has an extra

sugar molecule which makes it un-digestible by bad bugs . It is called

the good sugar or the good twin while regular sugar is the evil twin .

It is used in sinus meds for killing infections too .
