Guest guest
Hi. My husband's injured shoulder is improving even with the very slow care he is getting from his doctor. He hasn't been given any answer from his MRI Monday and Today is the 4th Thursday since his injury . We don't have permission to do full range of motion. Since he has started taking the serrapeptase his arm has been improving in bigger increments each day. He is regaining strength and feels like he can trust his shoulder joint more and more each day! .. Today we finally got the bromelain and hope that this will enhance the effects. THanks for the tip! Guest guest
Congrats, Barb. I actually started taking serrapeptase when I had a heart attack and my pulse rate dropped to 30's and 40's. I chose not to follow the advice of my doctor to have angioplasty etc. I started taking 1 capsule morning and evening and in 3 weeks my pulse went back up to 70's and 80's and has remained there as long as I continue to take the serrapeptase. Guest guest
Hi !< .. My husband has the capsules that are 40,000 units. The bottle says to take one pill.. My husband takes 2 or 3 times a day for extra help! There are pills that are 90,000 units so I know its in the normal range and not too much to take. He also now takes the recommended bromelain one pill 2 to 4 times a day. Im taking one or 2 serrapeptase and one or 2 bromelain a day for help with small spider veins and just good prevention! Guest guest
Thanks, I know that enzymes should be taken on an empty stomach with water to get into the blood stream, otherwise if taken with food, they go towards digestion. I didn't know what was an effective dose though. I have a bottle of 90,000 units capsules, so if that small a dose helps, it's pretty good stuff. jp My husband has the capsules that are 40,000 units.
