I use coffee enemas to detox my liver but wonder if and how it works??I know a good strong solution will definately clean the colon!!It works good for my constipation!!And it does not hurt like a soap suds enema does!!Those are horrible!!They burn and cause terrible cramping.It is in fact the irritating action of the soap that makes the colon cramp as it will with those.Coffee seems to be a freindlier alternative to an old fashioned SSE.I hope I don't offend any here,I just would like some of your opinions on using coffee enemas?? If you are constipated it might help to eat raw fruits, raw vegetables etc to help with this. Enemas are not the answer. Also take some digestive enzymes to get more friendly bacteria into the digestive tract. Visit a health food store they can guide you into a healthier way of living. I especially used it when I had a migraine from hidden msg in some food. I found it was sometime the only way to speed up the detox time since I don't care to take painkillers. Edith > FROM JO:For me enemas are a part of my life!!It's that or an ostomy as i have a neurogenic colon which laxatives do not help.In fact my GI has rxed a colonic system for me that my insurance covered.I REFUSE TO HAVE AN OSTOMY!!!!!
