Guest guest
Hello fellow ians, I found the practice, first time I used the program, to get out of the feeling, 'gee I really don't think I can do this", convincing that I could-- and even-calming. I figured fear is immediately felt perhaps facing it can immediately produce an effect I can equate to a conducive venue for transformation--Wow was I joyfully surprised. I can change in perception, thought, behavior, attitude etc etc , I did change my perceptions, thoughts, irrational behaviors, hostile and aggressive attitude now modified, and in my transformations, I realised how much of transpersonal psychology I was using to get where I want to be. Does anyone else participate in this type of health and healing experiment and what did they achieve through theirs? Biofeedback, a training program designed to develop one's ability to control the autonomic (involuntary) nervous system, monitors your physical and emotional responses to stress and provides feedback (the return of some data) that helps you learn how to activate, balance, release and recover from those responses for optimal health. I encourage to practice this, or some other program of interest to you for transformational bliss but Practice these mind-body techniques as you listen to transformative music and watch soothing visuals rippling by on your screen. I like tracking my body's signals as they rise and fall in synch with my state of mind that I can see changing with color, levels and interesting patterns of recognition. I KNOW by visualization, this is working. In a high-tech world I cannot sit back and just hope 'Ohmming' will get me through severe cognitive dissonance brought on by emotional irrationality, social upbringing, and an ego so stubborn I was worried nothing could release me from its shackles. Healing Rhythms is the first whole-body wellness program I found that truly combines effective biofeedback training with guided meditation and breathing techniques for a healthy mind & body. This transpersonal avenue I decided to incoporate into 'my favorite sojourns' helped me, an insomniac, learn to optimize sleep patterns, reduce stress (I am a magnet and a worry-wart), increase well-being, and achieve optimal health (I reduced my 2.6778cm ovarian cyst which some of you may know burst 18 months ago--it is now less than .026778 and I am functioning, semi-normally again... hee hee) I rediscovered my body's natural healing rhythms when I used the meditation as an inward channel to seek and destry the 'tentacles of the cyst' that were trying to wrap itself around organs other than ovary and/or fallopian tube. As things improve i.e. vitality, energy, positive attitude, healthy heart-rate, you can increase the difficulty level of each challenge for hours and hours of deep contemplative practice. I now have a way to harness some control from my transpersonal avenue into health and wellness for 2008. I love to offer these tidbits of 'enlightenment' because we all got to get out of the dark sometime and see the light for what it is: Wealth 'n Health !! Thank you for letting me enlighten you some on the benefits of addressing transpersonalism in our lives . . . *Beginning Your Journey with a place referred to as 'The Passage' the breathing and meditation techniques, like the heart breath, an ancient yogic breathing technique allows me to help myself achieve control over my mind & body thus reducing stress and improving physical and mental wellness. *You get the Biofeedback hardware included with The Passage.
