We are only looking at this problem at a superficial level but if we

were to dig deeper, we will probably find that this is a way of the

US government compensating those who have suffered from some form of

US government opression. jlk

Raven, I'm surprised you've just heard of this. Have you done any

research on Ron Paul? Or any of the other candidates? The

presidential election is right around the corner.

And it's even worse than that.....the American citizen pays in to SS and very little later to live on.....congress people do not pay SS and yet voted themselves thousands to retire on.....millions actually........Mary

This is not true. Please check these things out on snopes.com before

passing on inflaming, untrue information. Immigrants DO NOT get all

this money. And, congressman DO PAY into social security and get

millions ONLY if they live to be very, very old.

People are telling me, more and more, that snopes is not legit - that it is

biased in the direction " they " want you to be biased - everytime I send in

something that is important that people look at - instead of throwing

Snopes at me they now throw Snopes is BIASED at me

FDA wouldn't tell you Aspartane was poisonous either!
