One thing I would like to add, is that when you pick an enzyme product, get one that is microblended with a whole food - because the whole food would supply the minerals that enzymes need to work. Enzymes can't work without minerals. There are so many enzymes on the market that don't pass the "pudding test" (I've tried a lot of them!)
