I thought it was carcinogenic and as this woman is always sick I now consider the sweetener to be the cause - but I would love some info to give her! Guest guest Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 Jane, I remember someone at my working place purchasing a food product some years back and there right on the product was a warning label saying that the product had saccharin in it and that saccharin was carcinogenic. The food industry apparently has been doing a good job of hiding these truths from us it seems since I notice now doing a search that it has been dropped from the "cancer" list.
