Now, if you can give the two probes aneasier bridge to cross, other than the bridge of your body, you willbe bypassing, or short-circuiting, the electric current away fromyour body, through the easier bridge, which would be any electrically-conductive material (e.g. aluminum foil). Another way to defeat theTASER is to provide *NO* bridge for electrical current to travel fromone probe to the other probe. You might provide *NO* bridge bywearing a material that is both physically resistant to the skin-probing action of the TASER probes, and is also electricallyresistant to the flow of electrons, like an OPEN bridge, preventingthe electrons from flowing out of one TASER probe tip and into theother TASER probe tip.There are many materials which possess both of these necessaryphysical and electrical properties. Thanks for the info on this as a co-worker of mine was assaulted at one time, not once, not twice but three times by the taser police. As the story goes (what was told to me): my friend got a little rowdy while drinking and the police were called. My friend pulled the first taser prongs out, the second cop fired and took my friend down to the ground but because my friend was still moving, they then shot him a third time. My friend has the scars to prove this. They say that police get special training and actually get a taste of the shock themselves ---- I don't believe that, but what do I know? Only what they say.
