Need help with natural alt for synthroid?

My hubby just got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was given a

prescription for the above - I was wondering if anyone has any

suggestions for an alternative natural way of battling this prognosis?

Hatha Yoga especially plough & shoulder stand - plant Iodines and seaweeds -

Reiki is good too for thyroid ........

Armour thyroid, still prescription, as it's regulated, and

measured, etc. it's from porcine origin. you can find it

online, Armour thyroid.

I'm on 4 1/2 grains, I lost about 45 lbs on it, last year.

my shortness of breath is gone, other problems are

*fixing*, and I feel pretty darn good! my thyroid probably

really started going under, after I had my son. it took 13 yrs,

but I was pretty bad shape when I found out, the synthetic

gave me the symptoms I didn't have...best thing about

Armour, it states on the package, NO common side affects!
