I recently bought some frozen ahi tuna at Trader Joe,s and when I

opened the plastic I found what looked like an oil slick on the fish

from the plastic wrapping. You would think they would wrap it in

something better than plastic that so obviously leaches so badly. Joy,

Love and Healing.

Isn't tuna one of the worst affected fish as far as mercury contamination is concerned?

go to fishscam.com/fselenium.cfm and see what they have to say about mercury in fish. It seems that salmon, tuna and flounder are high in selenium and selenium actually counteracts and bonds to mercury, essentially rendering the amount of mercury in those fishes as harmless and non-toxic (if your body has absorbed the selenium, of course). Many naturally ocurring "toxins" usually occur in places that contain a synergistic combination of counter agents to those toxins. (above as quoted in news report on fishscam site).

I believe that we are "wonderfully made" as the Bible states. And God gave us food to eat -- however, he did not change it from its original state and expect it to keep us well or expect us to take toxic drugs to stay well.

I am new to using M-II and am happy with it but keen to learn more

about its uses, how much of what etc.

How does one soak meat, fish in M-II..: how much of what (soap?,

gel) in just water, or distilled water?? for how long?

Thanks

I agree - but if you really think about it - not all natural is good any more as pollution creeps in to spoil it - in other words - garbage is spilling over into "natural".
