AUTO URINE THERAPY -- a concise note -- by Dr. Leo Rebello

1.. Remember that it is Auto (Self) Urine that you take.

2.. If you have scanty urine, or there is pus in the urine, or it is

foul smelling, then you have to fast for about a week on water and

fruit juices till urine is purified.

3.. The best urine tastes like coconut water.

4.. Urine is not a waste product, but a by-product and is rich in hormones and minerals.

5.. Full day's urine can be drunk.

6.. If you have to take someone else's urine, then it should be of the

younger person of the same sex and it should not be cloudy or foul

smelling.

7.. Of the morning urine, the initial and last flow should not be collected. Collect the middle flow and drink immediately.

 

USES OF URINE

Old urine can be applied on swollen joints, wounds, burns, eczema, dry scalp

etc.

You can wash red or burning eyes with fresh urine and put a few drops

in the ear and nose for earache and sinus problem. It can also be used

as mouth wash for sore throat and to massage spongy and painful gums

and for bad breath. You can also massage the body with urine

before bath for lustrous/healthy skin.

 

DON'TS

During urine treatment NO meats, coffee, drugs, alcohol, tobacco should

be taken. Also, NO cokes, less salt and sugar and very little or no

cheese and no fried and stale food.

 

DO'S

Instead you can have lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, butter milk,

curds, coconut water, korean kimchi, kanji and colloidal silver or

magnetised water.

 

Refrigerated water should be avoided during urine therapy.

Instead warm water should be taken.
