Guest guest
My Insulin Intolerrent number is 27. On the lab scale 30 is highest. I also have a fatty liver. Does anyone know what this means? Should i stay off certain foods? I know sugar makes me feel bad, but i keep eating it anyway. I know I am torturing my body. It's so hard to make the nescessary changes. Thanks, magnolia
