My Insulin Intolerrent number is 27. On the lab scale 30 is highest.

I also have a fatty liver.

Does anyone know what this means?

Should i stay off certain foods? I know sugar makes me feel bad, but i

keep eating it anyway.

I know I am torturing my body. It's so hard to make the nescessary

changes.

Thanks,

magnolia

I highly recommend zipping over to the ayurvdaonline list

where they have a heap of info on this type of problem, do a search on the

message page under " insulin resistance "

Best,

Jane

Have a look at this article (and there is a lot more to be found with some googling):

Starchy diet 'may damage liver'

A diet rich in potatoes, white bread and white rice may be contributing to a "silent epidemic" of a dangerous liver condition.

It proves that all we are told as to be the truth, are lies. We are

manipulated fools.....How to eat, what to eat - the false flag

operation, one is 9/11 - peak oil - the big hoax global warming, and a

countless number of more lies.
