Hi Kraig,

I agree. I mostly

avoid things in packets, cans or bags. Mostly eat fresh organic fruit and

veg and some grains. We are vegetarian. The water here is bad; I’ve

got filters that seem to do a reasonable job. The air is OK, I visit the

beach when I can, we have clean air from Antarctica

– not much pollution over there yet. The house we live in is full

of plastics and chemicals, I have a heper filter on my vacuum cleaner, which is

meant to be the finest. Short of living in a cave or humpy or wooden

house with good ventilation and no furnishings, we have relatively clean living

environment. Australia is quite good on clean air and water in general.

ALICE, YOUR

THEORY OF DIET IS JUST FINE......THE COMPONENT THAT IS MISSING

IS THE CONNECTION OF TOXIC CHEMICALS TO DISEASE.......AND THE CUMULATIVE

EFFECT! NO LONGER CAN THIS SIDE OF THE COIN REMAIN UNLOOKED AT! GOD

NEVER MADE US TO ENDURE TOXIC CHEMICALS........WEATHER IT'S THE HEAVY

METAL

NICKLE THAT IS THE SMOKING GUN OF THE HYDROGENATING PROCESS, EVEN IF AN OIL

IS ORGANIC, THE MOMENT YOU SEE THE WORDS HYDROGENATED OR PARTIALLY

HYDROGENATED,..IT'S NOW TRASH AND CAN HURT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.........OR
