Guest guest
Hi Kraig, I agree. I mostly avoid things in packets, cans or bags. Mostly eat fresh organic fruit and veg and some grains. We are vegetarian. The water here is bad; I’ve got filters that seem to do a reasonable job. The air is OK, I visit the beach when I can, we have clean air from Antarctica – not much pollution over there yet. The house we live in is full of plastics and chemicals, I have a heper filter on my vacuum cleaner, which is meant to be the finest. Short of living in a cave or humpy or wooden house with good ventilation and no furnishings, we have relatively clean living environment. Australia is quite good on clean air and water in general.
