Guest guest
My daughter (age 13, 100 lbs.) tends to get white patches on the tops of her shoulders.....sometimes with tiny bumps ......the patches tend to get "whiter" and "larger" when being out in the sun. The person at the local health food store said it was the thryoid causing it and gave her liquid kelp (5 drops per day). ........... it has been about 6 weeks and we can't tell a difference. Could the cause be coming from something else ? And should we continue the kelp ? I have read that skin conditions were from a toxic colon ? Should I try a detox on a 13 year old? Hmm, now that I think about it, she does have a sluggish colon, having a BM (bowel movement) every other day............ When reading her eyes with iridology, she did seem to have toxin particles in the colon related sections.......... So how does the kelp fit in here ?? any assistance would be appreciated........... I too, did this years ago. In my case, it was caused by a fungus.... called Tinea Versicolor. Here's a link to a photo, to see if this is what your daughter has. http://www.drmhijazy.com/english/chapters/DSC00739.JPG Tea Tree Oil really seems to help with fungal infections.... Mix at a 1% solution with some type of carrier oil. So, perhaps 1 drop of Tea Tree Oil to 10 drops of Rose Hip Seed Oil. But any carrier oil will work. Do not use T.T. Oil without diluting first...you could cause a serious allergic reaction, or sensitization. Also, if you don't mind using something that isn't quite natural..... Lotrimin AF cream will work as well. Just follow the directions on the box. HTH, Candy Version: 7.0.323 / Virus Database: 267.9.5/58 - Release 7/25/2005

Guest guest
Dear Marlene, By all means, your daughter should do some cleansing of the bowel. Like every human, she should be having 2 to 4 bowel movements a day. The Intestinal Cleanse #1 (Formula in the Files) will help with this and also remove parasites should they be there, and which may be exacerbating the problem. She should also do some Kidney Cleansing. The body will use the skin as a back up elimination organ if the Kidneys are not functioning at peak performance. I've had numerous patients who've cleaned up a multitude of skin problems by doing some simple Kidney Cleansing = very miraculous. One more thing. If the Kidneys are not functioning correctly and this condition has been going on for some time, you'll also need to do some Liver Cleansing as well as it is the Liver's job to be correcting these other organs and glands. If these don't correct themselves quickly, then the liver has been debilitated along with the bowel. A full complete Total Body Cleanse would cover all basics. :-) Much love, Doc Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - Marlene herbal remedies Tuesday, July 26, 2005 3:05 PM Herbal Remedies - White Patches on the Skin My daughter (age 13, 100 lbs.) tends to get white patches on the tops of her shoulders.....sometimes with tiny bumps ......the patches tend to get "whiter" and "larger" when being out in the sun. Guest guest
Wow, Lucas that did look like what my daughter has............I will try the t.t.oil mix...........how often or how long should I use it? Thanks so very much ! :-) Blessings,Marlene Marlene, I would use it 2-3 times per day, at the most. Shouldn't take too long....but use it for at least a couple of weeks. If it clears before then, that's great....if not, use it a bit longer. Just make sure that you use it properly diluted. I'd hate to see her get a bad reaction from using it straight. Also....as Doc said, a cleanse should help too. Let us know how she's doing! Take care, Candy
