Ha ha, very funny :) But seriously...is there anything natural that

you can take either before, to make the upcoming crappy feeling not so

bad, or after to help it go away?

Hi Eddie, yes seriously though, this is a list for natural healing and living. You cannot expect to be healthy when abusing your body by heavy drinking, and then taking a natural remedy to "heal" the damage caused! The best handling is simply not to drink alcohol to such an extent as to cause the problem in the first place. Why would you even want to if you're interested in natural healing and living? If you're still determined to abuse your body that way, perhaps this list is not the right place for you to be?

Saying that, B1 is the handling. Take it before drinking. I'm not sure what dosage though.

Not that I've tried it or want to condone drinking to excess, but I have read that taking evening primrose oil before and after drinking can help a hangover, and that it's been used for helping alcoholics quit drinking.

the feeling of a hangover is caused by severe dehydration (among other things.)

alcohol makes the water in your body evaporate. the more you drink, the drier

you are.

Yes not doing so in the first place is excellent prevention. But if

you know of an upcomimg event where this will be unavoidable mega

dosing on vitamin C is said to be useful in preventing the aftermath.

Best R's,

O.

Hi,

Haven't had the need lately, but it's been my experience in the past

that 24 hours relieves the symptoms & 48 hours helps even more. For

extreme cases the " hair of the dog " has been found sucessful (although

there is the risk of the " dog " biting you again).

Eddie/BAMF.......is real easy just don't drink to much to start with......seems to me that trying herbal remedies and being good to your body kind of is opposite of hang-overs......but then have been wrong many times in the past.....

when u are going to be drinking drink some pure cream to start with, it will coat your stomach .....that will help.

drink lots of fluids to flush the poisons out of the system.

at the hospital i worked at the ones that came in hung over always headed for the oxygen and breathed in lots of high concentration oxygen so if u have excess to that .....
