Guest guest
Hi everyone-I am new to this group. I am studying to be an herblist and aromatherapist. I live in a northwest suburb of Chicago. I have had headaches all my life. I have been able to eliminate the migraines with feverfew, but I still have daily headaches-mostly in the morning. I have been tested for everything under the sun and am avoiding wheat because of digestive issues. Can anyone recommend something?

Hello Betty, Digestive issues with wheat can be related to allergies cause by certain nutritional deficiencies. Looking at the fact you are getting headaches mostly in the morning can point to sinus issues, that is, if it is around the time you arise in the morning. What kind of pillows are you using? You might be allergic to the filling. Also, what material are your bed sheets made from? I ask because nutritional deficiencies that cause wheat allergies also cause allergic reactions to dust, mold, feathers (down), and sometime dog and/or cat dander. If you are in contact with any of the above, this might be part of your problem. Hope this helps, Craig
Guest guest
Glad to see the feverfew is helping some. I also used to suffer daily headaches. I would wake up with it and pretty much have it through the day. I stopped using a microwave to cook anything and I cut out exitotoxins (aftificial sweetners, MSG etc..) and haven't had a headache since. Well never a bad one anyway. I would suggest if you use a microwave and exitotoxins to cut them out and you may find your headaches dissapear. Hugs, LauraBetty Sanders <makanda1 wrote: Hi everyone-I am new to this group.
