I too have been looking at these recipes, and I am wondering where I would find a lot of these ingredients. I went to my local coop, and found a lot of the common ones, but there were still several on the list that they didn't have.

Hi Marlene, the amount needed of each ingredient of the Intestinal

Cleanse #1 is - 2 parts Cape Aloe, 1/4 part cayenne, and 1 part of

each of the remaining ingredients. Intestinal Cleanse #2 is -

3 1/2 parts psyllium seed powder and psyllium husk powder, 2 parts

course ground flax seed and apple fruit pectin powder and grade

bentonite clay, and 1 part of each additional ingredient.

The products are available already made up, much easier. The

Intestinal Cleanse #3 is for children.

Peace & Love,

Jen

For those of you who have done intestional cleanses, did you find that they interfered with your ability to leave the house? I want to begin one but don't want to find myself unable to be away from a bathroom for more than ten minutes.

An intestinal cleanse should not really cause the runs. Also typically it only has you going about 3 or so times a day. This is actually normal (anything under 2 movements a day is definite constipation).

Hey,

i thought i read some where in the group that you should do a liver cleanse before doing the intestine and bowel cleanse.

can anyone explain why this is?

Darren, in Doc's Total Body Cleanse, you do the intestinal cleanse FIRST and then the liver/gallbladder cleanse, and then the kidney/bladder cleanse.
