Guest guest Posted July 14, 2005 Report Share Posted July 14, 2005 ok well if i was doing it i would do it this way. first thing i would do is stop taking those designer drinks and learn how to make homemade cheese. the reason being is because by adding rennet to milk and slow cooking the milk you are stripping the fat from the milk and are just left with the whey. you could take the whey and just freeze it for later use and save a bundle on the drink. the reason why people drink those designer drinks is so that instead of eating a sound meal that might have fat or not as easy to absorb they supplement food for it. boron,L carnitine-L systene and such you can buy in a pill form. have you ever tried putting a egg in with milk? it doesnt taste so bad. if your scared you wont digest it fast pineapple goes great for digestion. then as far as " testicular supplements goes " - there a few things that you could do that are not harmful. one is accupressure. squeezing the back part of your ankle is said to heighten testosterone. so is squeezing " your own testicles " - which to me sounds really fluckey at best -but if you ever had the term " blueballs " you really just wanna snap and kill something. so when you actually squeeze your own testicles ,your are maniputating the production of it and well it actually feels like " blueballs " - thats gonna be hard. but i read it as a fact in accupressure so.... no sex is another. which would be great since its a non harmful way of increasing stamina. its an old wives tale " no sex before a boxing match " -but it sounds reasonable -actually sex can deplete the system of a man.thats why after sex most people want to just sleep. try jogging around the block after 1 hour of sex-its hard. steroids are great if used correctly,getting a prescription from your doctor -learning how to cycle the pills -just like girls do when they take " the pill " -thats hormones their taking. but it could also be bad in a way too -now if you just give me a minute ill explain. we are all born with a certain genetic DNA, how much fat we are allowed,how much bones ,how much muscle its all in there- if you have SURPASSED YOU GENETIC DNA YOUR IN TROUBLE. the organs themselves have to work a lot harder-its really the opposite of getting obese. almost the same but direct opposite. also the liver gets wacked and if that goes say good night to your audience. meditation is a real key here if you want to do it natural. now im not just going to say that and not back it up. i have learned that in meditation " a human can stimulate hormones " just by thinking of " sex " -and how you like it -the way you like it is stirrring up the production of testosterone. it also stimulates the production of a lot of other hormones and but its natural. now this is gonna sound dirty so everyone please excuse me. have you ever felt so horney and couldnt do anything about it that you had to keep busy? im a man and it happeneds to me as well if you said yes. so what do we usually do? you cant jump in the shower and spank it away or grab someone and have fun -so what do we do? we usually do exercise! thats your meditation.it will work. breathing is also another way- when males have sex ,their bodies change a little.through the breathing ,our chest gets puffier, we feel a surge of energy-we feel that we can actually bend bars of steal-especially in the climax. mimic that breathing for 5 minutes and see if you feel different. youll be surprised. the color red also excites us. thats why at the gym most people are wearing red and not blue or pink -they want to psyche themselves out to the point of exercise . not to sound gross or anything but ,when i was young (15-21) i used to be stimulated all the time. i had to meditate " on grandma- grandpa-my mother " anything for it to go down. hahahaha -im sure a lot of guys did too. now im so old,i have to psyche myself up to be stimulated- hahahaha- and im only in my 30s so try it-see what you think. meditate for 5 minutes on sex and as soon as you get " wood " (sorry ladies for the word) start exercising. DIET DIET DIET= high protein ,low carbs,im told 15-20% fat -which is very high in risk-but great for bodybuilders high protein is ok -invest in prunes your gonna need it. low carbs are cool too- i never met a human who was on a low carb diet that DIDNT develop a temper-they will snap like a pitbull a low fat diet will scientificaly mess with your brain. and as far as being hydrated forget it. thats why men and women are so freakish on tv-because when the time came for pose down they dehydrated their bodies-less water more muscle to show. i never asked what your stats are? i never asked about your regimine? i never asked about your execise -sets -repition-rest time? i didnt ask about a lot of things ,but they all matter. why not tell us about you? maybe your just cutting yourself and not ripping. androshi` Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We had a holstien stear, usualy when butcherd you get about a 50-50 raitio of meat and waiste on him we got a higher ratio meat like you do a beef animal the butcher asked what we feed him I said it must be the naturel striods that grow wild on my place and he just loved to eat.
