Guest guest
Im also interested in knowing if there is anything that helps. I have MS and restless leg syndrome is just one of the many symptoms of MS. They do have a pill but Im taking so many now that I dont want to add another one. So if there is something out there that helps I would also love to know what it is. Guest guest
The things I know of are to make sure you’re going to the bathroom enough, being on a good diet, and making sure you have enough minerals, specifically calcium and magnesium. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any natural remedy. 3. Guest guest
Restless Leg Syndrome is directly related to physical exhaustion. You may think you are rested, but in truth, your body is exhausted and you are not choosing to get enough sleep. For one week go to bed earlier and see if your symptoms don't improve... Guest guest
Yes, I do have physical exhaustion, I have arthritis, fibromyalgia and sciatica, so it seems that just doing very minimum things in the house make me feel like I walked through the desert....LOL.....I have tried going to bed earlier, I tried it for 2 weeks....no luck. RLS runs in my family too, both my Mom and my Gram have it. Thank you so much for writing back, - " Corlis Carroll " <corliscarroll <herbal remedies > Tuesday, July 12, 2005 7:25 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - RESTLESS LEG HELP > > Restless Leg Syndrome is directly related to physical > exhaustion. Guest guest
There are several catagories of chemical pharmaceuticals that can cause/induce restless leg syndrome too. If you take any " meds " , you may want to read the Product Information Sheets on them, to see if it is a " known " side-effect of the drug. If so, the only way to remedy that, would be to eliminate the offending drug. FWIW Jan / Michigan
