Guest guest
hi everyone i was passing by my old " favorite sites " you know the kind that you like and you add this to " your favorites " and i had seen my old web page- ok well this isnt my web page -but its where i get a lot of my ideas to make stuff. now here in this group everyone is trying to have a healthy life style. and what i didnt see is some things that could make you even more healthier and that is homemade toiletries- the reason why im writing this is because " just like homemade medicine is great and better " so too is toiletries that you use for your body. did you know that they put aluminum in our deodorant? did you know that some red dyes come from an insect? did you know that they put amonia in some soaps? first thing i want to say is if it never bothered you before PLEASE DONT GET SCARED- but if it did bother you that some things are just too out of hand and you want to go back to the basics here is a link to free recipes http://thetoiletrieslibrary.info/recipes.htm and here is another http://www.makeyourcosmetics.com/recipes/ag.asp now before you say anything good or bad about the recipes know this. you can take you herbal extract of cayenne pepper and add this to your own homemade cream that you also made and feel way better that the finish product is all herbal and homemade and no artificial stuff that might give you an allergic reaction. now i have made creams and balms and they where really nice. and i had gotten the recipes from these sites. some things you will have to buy like borax if you like to make creams-they sell this in the pharmacy and it isnt artificial- it feals really nice on the skin oils you will have to buy and the rest believe it or not- is water. balms are also great ,and very healing to the skin. but the best thing i like is soap because homemade soap is more personalised and i know what im putting into it. i dont have to put artificial anything and i can choose what colors are safe and well the list goes on there are so many recipes i just thought that maybe if you like to make stuff for healing that you will enjoy these free sites. androshi` PS- that was me who didnt crop my post -sorry everyone
