I keep reading that the world is concerned with the weather and in one article I read they want the USA to quit meddling with the weather. What do you suppose that mean??? I would bet it could have something to do with Haarp, which is a weather fascility of some kind up near the North Pole . You can buy a book or maybe someone could write in about it, the book is called Haarp, or Angles don't play this Haarp. What about the Chemtrails that the airplanes spray or what ever it is they do. One person called in on Art Bell and said some people had gathered fallout and that there was Aluminum of some kind in the fallout. In some way it is probably used reflectivly.
