Guest guest
I wrote a couple of days ago about my tooth extraction, because my dentist was adamant about me taking antibiotics. I don't take antibiotics, though, so I've been looking for alternatives. This is especially important because I had a huge abcess at the roots of this tooth (in the jaw). When it was removed, chunks of liquified tissue came out with it...gross. I've been using herbs, garlic, and TT (although it's freshly made, so I don't know how potent it is), but the site of the extraction is now covered with white stuff (pus?). I was hoping that this was infection draining out, but I can't be sure. I've staved off systemic infection for over 48 hours which is good, but I don't want to get a localized infection, either. So. I whipped up a batch of Total Draw, sort of. I didn't have DMSO, chaparrel or poke root, but I made do with what I have. I covered the hole and the gum one either side of it with the paste, and after an hour it looks...worse? This is good, right? More of the pus-looking stuff means it's bringing it to the surface, and that's what I want to happen, yes? How often do I change the paste? Do I keep putting more on there until it's healed? Is the TD going to disrupt the clot? Thanks for any advice from those of you who've used this. Shayla
