Guest guest
Ones ability to not to tolerate milk and tolerate cheese and yogurt is usually due to lactose intolerance. When cheese is made the milk is scalded which changes the lactose into simpler sugars and sometimes the milk when making yogurt is also heated and the bacteria that is used to change milk into yogurt does essentially the same thing.
