i cant drink water-for some reason i just gag over it. but i can eat

all the fruits and vegetables i want.

 

you gag over " WATER " and you feel fine drinking diet soda? Does that

even sound logical?

yes it does sound logical -to me it does

i also cant drink milk ,but can eat yoghurt and cheese.

 

everybodies system is different!

i drink ice water all the time, but i can not stand it plain cold water. But its like you said everyone is different,and what i can have may or may not be the same for you.Monchello Androshi <warlocke_rising wrote:

Ones ability to

not to tolerate milk and tolerate cheese and yogurt is usually due to lactose

intolerance. When cheese is made the milk is scalded which changes the lactose

into simpler sugars and sometimes the milk when making yogurt is also heated

and the bacteria that is used to change milk into yogurt does essentially the

same thing.
