Guest guest
hi everyone what would be good for kidneys that are a little congested? i have been having kidney trouble for like 2 weeks now. i have stopped drinking soda a lot (im down to 2 ltr a day verses drinking 3 -2ltr per day) im drinking water -at least 2litres per day i know its my kidneys because i feel the congestion in my back around the spot ,where they belong. also my right thumb and pointer fingers are swollen. my right elbow feels like its sore, and my right foot feels sore as well. i can pee, thats no problem-i dont have pain while im peeing- my little intuition is telling me that maybe i have " kidney stones " and to go out and drink marshmallow tea. i dont know why marshmallow tea but it tells me this. as im typing my little voice is also saying " corn silk " its funny its like telling me in flashes of memory that i dont have but must have seen or read somewhere. i also notice that the flow of my back kidneys are rising and my intuition says thats not normal. when it does i mentally push the energy flow down to my legs and now they ache a little bit. i have been on prednisone for 3 mothns -but i have stopped taking them -i have echinacea pills -i take one a day now what else can i do other than this? if it persist im gonna go to the doctor next week. i have tried cranberry juice but it doesnt really do anything great. any ideas? any ideas on what herbs to take? androshi`
Guest guest
did your little voice scream to never drink soda/caffeine/sugar again...have a little cranberry juice --the concentrate--unsweeteened, no sugar added, with a LOT of water, uva ursi is good for inflammation of kidneys etc... no more soda, never so long as you live...if you aren't hurting bad enough yet to choose that with ease, then you will soon. Good luck, Flo - Monchello Androshi i have stopped drinking soda a lot (im down to 2 ltr a day verses drinking 3 -2ltr per day) im drinking water -at least 2litres per day i know its my kidneys because i feel the congestion in my backaround the spot ,where they belong. Guest guest
I know for a fact that drinking sodas is no good for your kidneys. Last year I had one of my kidneys removed because I went into Kidney failure. I now have one good kidney, and its my only one. I am currently waiting on a very long list for a new kidney. But in the meantime I need to do all that I can do with the kidney that I have. So many people think that when they are thristy that if they drink a coke everything will be good. This is totally wrong. Now I am not saying that everyone who gets kidney disease drank cokes. But you know water is sooooooooooo good. Its good because it has no sugar, its got no calories and it never goes bad, like a cola will after you leave it out for several hours. Also it cleanses your body. And if you don't like the taste, you can add lemons or limes, or both. So you really ought to think about drinking ice water. Wow.. I sound like a commerial don't I? lol I hope you get to feeling better.Monchello Androshi <warlocke_rising wrote: hi everyone what would be good for kidneys that are a little congested?i have been having kidney trouble for like 2 weeks now. i have stopped drinking soda a lot (im down to 2 ltr a day verses drinking 3 -2ltr per day) im drinking water -at least 2litres per day i know its my kidneys because i feel the congestion in my backaround the spot ,where they belong. also my right thumb and pointer fingers are swollen. my right elbow feels like its sore, and my right foot feels sore as well. i can pee, thats no problem-i dont have pain while im peeing-my little intuition is telling me that maybe i have "kidney stones" and to go out and drink marshmallow tea. i dont know why marshmallow tea but it tells me this. as im typing my little voice is also saying "corn silk" its funny its like telling me in flashes of memory that i dont have but must have seen or read somewhere.i also notice that the flow of my back kidneys are rising and my intuition says thats not normal.when it does i mentally push the energy flow down to my legs and now they ache a little bit. i have been on prednisone for 3 mothns -but i have stopped taking them -i have echinacea pills -i take one a day now what else can i do other than this?if it persist im gonna go to the doctor next week.i have tried cranberry juice but it doesnt really do anything great.any ideas? any ideas on what herbs to take?androshi`Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Guest guest
Cherry's the darker the better...25 a day is part of what I would do, and stay away from foods high in oxilates...Also, do NOT add or decrease large doses of minerals or vit C and then stop...wean off them slowly or add slowly.
