Ok, the easiest way to save the C vitamin well enough, is simply to

clear the rosehips for those icky hairy " needle " stuff it do have on

the inside, and dry it in low temperature (preferably same as body

temperature) in oven or food dehydrator if you have that?

 

And then grind it all, the seeds too together with the rosehip meat

(if you are able to get most of the seeds..I cant remember but I think

they are connected to those hairs?), in a coffee grinder at the same

time you want to use it. Or for some days each time.

 

Thats the best way I know of to be sure to get most of the nutrition

from the herbs, anyway.

 

Many people use to dry the rosehips and grind it, with seeds too, to

get the most of the nutrition in them.
