Guest guest
Hey all :-) I'm getting my wisdom teeth out in 5 days. THere is not enough room in my jaw for them, they are pushing my teeth forward and causing me lots of pain. One of them is severly impacted, and growing in sideways. Ouch! So, I have to be put under anathesia for this operation, which I am a bit apprehensive about, but I know it's going to be an involved process. I am not going on the antibiotics, to the dismay of my family and friends. I plan on using total tonic instead, and getting lots of garlic. I would like some natural ways to relieve pain. I know white willow bark is good for pain. Also, I am not going to be able to eat solids for a few days, so I figure this would be a good time for a juice fast. I plan on making pineapple juice, apple juice and green juices. Does anyone have any stories of their wisdom teeth experiences? How can I help my body after the anathesia? Anyone have any good cold soup recipies? Any guidance would be great :-)
