Guest guest
Gail Edwards teaches using an infused St.John'swort oil as a sunscreen claiming it's as effective as commercial sunscreen without the toxic chemicals that penetrate your skin. I don't bother as I listen to my body and get out of the sun when I've had enough. There are some whacked out sun sensitivity warnings about St John's wort for certain body types and internal use but I have never met anyone who had experienced that and I'm skeptical in the validity of the study. herbal remedies , " mom26athome " <mom2home@h...> wrote: > Anyone have any suggestions for sunscreen?
