Guest guest
Scott, Do you use one of those mini infra red models (hand held) or another form? I have been looking into getting one for my RA and would appreciate a recommendation. Thanks, Cindy Another thing that I have found to work well on foot pain is infra red light, which apparently actually penetates into the tissues a couple of inches, and causes Nitric Oxide to be released, which causes (or constitutes?) vasodilation, speeding recovery. I have mentioned on this list, I have a Dr. patient who pounds his feet on the basketball court and has chronic pain. He says the " star trek " technology keeps him pain free, if he gets just a couple of minutes of IR light treatment, a week. When my feet are sore, I use the light on them and it does seem to take the pain away. scott.
