Hi all,

 

There have been a couple of posts suggesting Niacin intake, and mentioned up to 1500mg.

 

I just want to post a warning about that. I flush already at 50mg intake. I once fainted with a 200mg intake.

 

Please start off with a little, and work your way up gradually!! That will help to tell you how far you can go yourself.

 

BTW, the flush is a totally natural "side effect" of Niacin, and is what is supposed to happen!

 

Niacinamide does not have the flushing effect - that active ingredient has been removed.
