I just want to post a warning about that. I flush already at 50mg intake. I once fainted with a 200mg intake. Please start off with a little, and work your way up gradually!! That will help to tell you how far you can go yourself. BTW, the flush is a totally natural "side effect" of Niacin, and is what is supposed to happen!
