Guest guest
For years I have had pain on the side of my right foot, right below my little toe(does that make sense? on the side). It is a constant soreness. I do not have it on the other foot, only on the right one. Does anyone know what this means? Some days it hurts worse than others days. It just baffles me what it could be and why and like I said for so many years. I am open to all suggestions. Guest guest
It could be arthritis. Look into reflexology, b/c it could be connected to something else. I found it to be very helpful. I'll get my books and charts out and see what that area is said to be connected to. Let me know what you find out. Thanks. > For years I have had pain on the side of my right foot, right below my little toe(does that make sense? on the side). It is a constant soreness. Guest guest
Sounds to me as if it might be a little arthritis from the location. It is where the toe bone connects to the foot bone...the MP joint or metatarsal phalangeal joint. JMHO. A little metatarsal pad might be helpful if it is bothering you. Make sure your shoes aren't tight too. Guest guest
Hi there I am a qualified reflexologist and a pain just down from the toe on either the left foot or right foot in terms of reflexology would be associated with the shoulder area. However, this usually shows up on pressure ( when doing a treatment) and not causing pain constantly. So, as has been suggested it could be due to some joint or bone problem. Hope this makes sense.
