Guest guest
new here and trying to learn all that I can. I have learned quite a bit. But as many as you may know, it's kinda like the more you learn, the more you find out just how much you really don't know. Well, I've gone through years of allergies, then asthma. Then, after the birth of my sixth child things really started going goofy. I had had problems with ovarian cysts before, but they seem to be much worse now. I kept thinking that it was in direct corelation to the tubal that I had. However, I also found that for some reason my body has problems processing animal proteins. So, cysteine builds up in my system and problems occur, including amino acid kidney stones. This has also contributed to bone loss. Well, the pain from the female problems just got worse and worse. And...I feel so stupid...I agreed to have a hysterectomy. I had tried other natural things, but no lasting results. I did find two supportive doctors who agree that hormones are not good for me and are very encouraging of doing natural things. Can you believe it? I also just discovered that I'm a very high cardiac complication risk. So, whatever I do has to be a complete lifestyle change. I know it will be hard, but I'm hoping to get some information and support that will make it a little easier. Thanks.
Guest guest
Hi there, If you haven't done this already, I would recommend you browse the info on the Total Body Cleanse in the files. Also the articles have a LOT of good info on nutrition, etc, etc that will help you as you do your investigation and figure out what lifestyle changes you're going to make. Good luck!! Guest guest
Thanks Kelli, I'm inclined to agree with what you emailed me ( I deleted it accidently). I've felt for quite some time that I probably need to detox. I've done a liver cleanse and a lung cleanse, but still don't feel like it's complete, this is not scientific either, but then, I ususally listen to my body and pay attention, I try never to go to a doctor and when I do I ususally tell them what is wrong and what I need. I'm sure they are always happy to see me come in (LOL)but what the heck it's easy money for them and I get what I need. I don't go to a doctor more than once a year, if that often. I am 67 years old and anyone I see doesn't believe I have no family doctor, never had a surgery other than childbirth and am on no medication, other than herbs or supplements. Nor do I intend for any of the afore mentioned things to happen. I'll look into the Whole Body Cleanse and Hulda Clarks as well. It's nice to have confirmation on my own thoughts. Guest guest
Hi Lynn, Glad it was useful. It's wonderful to hear that you are so healthy! You know, since I've started my new lifestyle it is absolutely AMAZING to me how many people in their 20s and 30s that I talk to are having SERIOUS health isuses. Things which are seriously effecting their life, on multiple medications, considering surgery, etc. And most of them think it's something wrong with THEM! I think if real statistics were available and people actually could see in a quantifiable way how health is declining overall, they'd know it's not THEM, but our food supply, our water supply, our air supply, the drugs people are taking and what we are doing to our environment. Then the REAL PROBLEM could be addressed!! OK, I'll step off the soap box for now.... LOL!!! Guest guest
I'm in total agreement with you. I just wish I could grow my own food organically. I live in an apartment, but I'm looking into Community Gardening for next year. I'd love to do that again and be able to have a little green house. Our water supply is so bad that traces of lots of these drugs people are taking are showing up in our water!!!. Then the GM foods etc. etc. I guess people have to work so hard just to survive there is no time for growing and having healthy food, even if they don't grow it. They are just too tired to cook anymore, soooo.... fast food rules. But it's sad to see all these young people with fat hanging over their pants, obesity is on the rise. I'm working this summer at 6 Flags here in Denver and it just amazes me to see how overweight our children and grand children are. My own soap box. I'll step down as well. Take care Kelli and thanks. Guest guest
I'm sorry...I never really asked the question; did I? Well, I guess I'm just wondering some things I can do for the bone loss, cardiac health, and basic female health considering all the dumb decisions I've made with previous doctors. Thanks. herbal remedies , " mom26athome " <mom2home@h...> wrote: > new here and trying to learn all that I can. I have learned quite a > bit.
