If it is due to a tipped uterus a pelvic adjustment via massage may help, also positions which compensate during intercourse may also be help for. As far as for hormonal issues: Wild yam is good for low progesterone, chaste tree berry, raspberry, nettle. Eating sweet potatoes will help boost estrogen levels, in cultures such as the Amish they have 2-3x as many twins due to eating sweet potatoes as a main staple.
